1. Products & Materials

Q: What materials are your keychains, bracelets, and necklaces made from?
A: Our keychains are made from high-quality acrylic with durable metal rings, perfect for everyday use. Bracelets and necklaces are crafted from safe, non-toxic beads, charms, and alloy metals. All items are lightweight and comfortable to wear.

Q: Are your products safe for kids?
A: Yes! Most of our products are kid-friendly, but small parts may pose a choking hazard. We recommend adult supervision for children under 8 years old.

Q: Are your products inspired by specific anime?
A: Our designs are anime-inspired and original — we celebrate the aesthetic and culture without copying copyrighted characters.

Q: Can I customize my bracelet or keychain?
A: Some of our products allow customization, such as adding a name, initials, or small charms. Please read the product description and options carefully to see if a specific item can be personalized. Products without customization options cannot be altered.


2. Ordering & Payment

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our products, select your items, add them to your cart, and follow the checkout process. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Orders can be changed or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, production may begin, and we cannot guarantee modifications. Please submit your request through our contact form immediately.


3. Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on location.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

  • Custom orders may take an additional 2–3 days for production.

Q: Do you offer tracking?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Q: Do you ship gift orders directly to recipients?
A: Yes! You can enter the recipient’s address at checkout. We also offer optional gift wrapping for a cute presentation.


4. Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Because our products are handmade and/or customized, we cannot accept returns on personalized items. Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days in original condition.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
A: Please submit a request through our contact form within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged product. We will replace or refund your item promptly.

Q: Can I exchange my order for a different product?
A: Exchanges are possible for non-custom items. Please submit your request through our contact form within 7 days of delivery.

Q: How do I care for my jewelry and keychains?
A:

  • Keep items away from water, lotions, and perfumes to prevent wear.

  • Store jewelry in a dry place, ideally in a pouch or jewelry box.

  • Wipe keychains and charms with a soft, dry cloth to maintain shine.
